About Cleaned Persian Table Herbs
SabzCut table herbs (sabzi khordan) arrive every morning from farms around Tehran and are cleaned leaf by leaf in our kitchen. Tough stems, yellow leaves and soil are removed, then the herbs go through a five-stage wash with clean water and a food-grade sanitizer.
After rinsing, the herbs are spun dry in a centrifuge so they stay crisp and last longer — straight from the pack to your table.
